The JourneyADD COLOUR TO YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU CAN

May 4, 201710

Life has presented me roses and thorns. In return, I’ve opened up and closed up, been outspoken, subdued. Petty, professional, changing and adapting to emotions on cue. It’s been a safe space and comfort zone.

But the becoming of me means I’m now morphing into a woman who is slowly coming into her own. Alive, aware, as if I walked into a room of crayons and sampled every colour in the box, eager to see what shade would stick.

Bold is sometimes necessary. Bold moves in bold steps, scary as it may be to the relatively conservative soul. But adding that pop of colour on your otherwise drab canvas can make all the difference regarding  where your life leads you. Take your paint brush, start working the strokes organically and begin painting a picture of who you want to be. Own your painting with pride. Unapologetically.

I love the blog. I love the creativity in your photography(Thumbs up Lyra Aoko).
About this post, its truly inspiring. One should never stop adding colors to their lives. Even motherhood shouldn’t. Just like parents wouldn’t want their kid’s color to fade,so as mothers or parents,we should always let them see us do the same.
