I haven’t owned a pair of jeans since 2011. That’s right; I got over them, couldn’t find myself a comfortable pair and instead opted for tights and jeggings for a laid back look. My fellow mum-friend recently asked me when I was going to end my jean-celibacy. I knew I needed a pair that would work well when I’m out and about with Huru or just something I can wear quickly when I need to dash out of the house.
So I caved! For this look book I decided to forgo pairing them with a t-shirt. We pAires my new found pair of jeans with a pair of white slip on sneakers and a white shirt. I love t-shirts but I can’t get toooo used to them when going to my future PTA meetings ?
So this is the look, and I love it! Simple and classic for the busy mum who needs to feel comfortable, maintain that casual look but feel a little dressed up with a white shirt. Great for easy meet-and-greets.
Thanking Lady Mandy, who styled me, for getting me a wee bit out of my comfort zone with the kimono ? I love it!
Enjoy ❤️

Omg! I’m shocked that you’ve been a jeans celibate for 5 years. I guess I’d break it sooner than later! Nice read and outfits!!!

I am a ‘heels’ kinda gal … Am so comfortable in them , I could walk around in my 3-inch holding my baby … This was however short-lived when he turned 11 months and ever since sneakers have been my best friend to keep up with him and still maintain that look! U look gorgeous!

You look good. How do you do it? I mean, how do you manage to be all that (i.e a mum, a wife, a career woman, a celebrity) in one and still manage to look this hot? I love your “go getting” spirit. Your slaying

Thank you for your kind words dear. Trust me, I don’t always look like this ? But I try to make an effort by waking up a little earlier to take care of hubby and baby and then finding time to wear something nice. It just takes a bit of effort ☺️ Thank you again and please keep reading and commenting on my blog!
